Company Profile

Board Culture Surf Store was founded in 1995. Through the years, Board Culture has grown to become one of the largest board shops on the Gold Coast.

One thing that makes our shop unique is that all staff in our store are riders. It’s important to us that we are all about the board sports that we represent. We don’t just work in a board shop; we live and breathe board sports. Rest assured that when you shop in our store, you are buying from riders who are passionate about the sports we represent.

Pete

Owner & Manager

Pete has been surfing and bodyboarding for 15 years, and has done extended seasons snowboarding in Canada. He has travelled to many different countries including New Zealand, Canada, USA, England, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Tonga, Indonesia, as well as various travels around the states of Australia.

Adam

Owner & Sales

Adam has been surfing and bodyboarding for over 15 years, and has travelled to West Oz, Tasmania, New South Wales south coast, Indonesia, and Tonga on many different surf missions, as well as passing through Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Adam loves nothing more than a cracking day at straddie, followed by a busy day at work!

Lewi

Sales

Lewi is our resident bodyboarder, and has recently become quite a ladykiller! The MySpace junkie loves big waves, big boosts, and beers. Lewi is currently riding for the store, and has a great local rep for being one of the most consistent stand-out riders at Dbah and the Reef.

Chris

Sales

Chris is only 17 but he rips on a surfboard, skateboard, or a bodyboard, and I’m sure if we gave him a snowboard and a mountain he would rip on that as well! Chris is mature beyond his years and exudes good common sense, he is a great kid who will go far. Watch out!
