Paying for your purchase is simple and safe. Board Culture has worked hard to make your shopping experience with us worry free and enjoyable. There are a number of options, just select the one that is most convenient to you!

Credit Card

The most convenient way of shopping online. Your order will be processed immediately and sent out the same or next working day. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, AMEX, and Visa Debit.

Paypal

If you have a Paypal account, you can make a payment for any of our products using a Credit Card or Bank Account registered with Paypal. This payment type offers security and ease of use for all parties.

Telephone

If you would like to pay by credit card but not online, make sure you know what you would like to order and call us. We can take your order over the phone and if the products are in stock, your order will be sent the same day. Ph (07)5572 9866 or if calling International: +61 755 729866

Direct Deposit

If you like to use internet banking then you may prefer to directly transfer the payment for your order into our bank account. Your order will be sent out as soon as we see the payment appear on our statement, this is usually the next working day. When entering your payment information at the checkout, select 'Direct Deposit'. You will then receive an email with our bank account details.

Cheque / Money Order

Print out the order confirmation at the end of the internet order and mail it to us. We accept Australian Postal Money Orders and Australian Cheques. Money orders usually take 24 hours to process and Cheques will take 7 days before we can send out the order. As we will not recieve your order right away, there is a small chance the product you have ordered may not be in stock any longer. If this is the case we will notify you right away with the option of another product or to send back your payment

Gift Certificate

Can't find the perfect gift? Give them a Board Culture Gift Certificate and let them chose their own! It's very simple, just click on the "Gift Certificate" link under the shopping categories. Type in the value of the Gift Certificate that you would like to purchase. Then proceed to the checkout as you would with any other purchase on Board Culture. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will be emailed a unique code that will automatically credit you with the amount of your gift certificate next time shopping online. Being most likely a gift for someone, you can forward the email with the voucher code to the recipient.

Receipt

Once you have made your payment you will be emailed a receipt and receipt number. You can print this out for future reference.
