Board Culture will always ship products with Australia Post or TNT. Products will be shipped with in 24 hours of receiving payment. Delivery can take anywhere from 2- 5 days depending on shipping requirements. Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address. Board Culture accepts no responsibility for items shipped to an incorrect address that is supplied to us. If you wish to take insurance on shipping please contact us and we will provide a quote for this service. Please note, while all care is taken all products are shipped at the buyers risk.

Return Policy

You have up to 30 days from invoice date or shipment date to return merchandise. All items must be unused and resellable. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. Items purchased from our retail store in Mermaid Beach must be returned to our retail store in Mermaid Beach. If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. All returns to be sent to 2438 Gold Coast HWY Mermaid Beach QLD 4218. Any item bought on sale is not returnable under any circumstance. Before buying items please read our policies below on returns.

Clothing

All items must be unused and include the original packaging
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell
If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Shoes

Shoes/boots must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging (Board Culture recommendation: try your new shoes on inside on the carpet - this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable)
If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them
Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return to Board Culture (Keeping the manufacturer packaging in good form)
Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

Boards & Equipment

We do not offer refunds on surfboards if they are an unwanted purchase/gift
Once board equipment has been ridden, it cannot be returned or refunded

Videos

Videos must be unopened and in original packaging
